Alexander Residence covers two luxury apartments and can accommodate up to 12 guests.  The Rose Apartment is located directly above the Barossa Apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. The apartments are accessed by stairs and not a lift therefore it should be noted that the Rose apartment, being on the 3rd floor, is for the fit and able.

Both apartments have three double bedrooms, each with one en-suite. The apartments are spacious enough for a city break away with friends or a family gathering. Both are furnished throughout to an exceptionally high standard, the interior being both stylish and comfortable with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.  The mixture of contemporary fittings, modern appliances and high quality furnishings allow you to relax and feel at home.

Surround-sound is fitted within both apartments and you will enjoy cutting-edge technology in the form of flat screen TVs and multi-media players. Wireless internet connection and Sky TV are also included for your convenience.
